Question: Can I combine multiple orders into one as to avoid several shipping charges?
Answer : Yes in fact we want you to combine orders. Many times we can ship in one package and its only fair you pay one charge. Please just send us a msg describing which products you are interested in, we will then create a custom listing and send you the link.
Question : Do you grow your offered strains?
Answer: No way. We leave this up to the professionals. We obtain our selection straight from the growers that supply the medical dispensaries. We are lucky enough to have relationships with some of the best growers in the medical cannabis business in our legal state.
Question: Do you ship outside the USA?
Answer: Negative we currently only ship domestic.
Question: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Answer: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes
Question : Can I purchase more weight or edibles then you currently have listed?
Answer : We work at personal use levels. Because there is not a warehouse somewhere full of these strains and edibles and because we only receive certain amounts of stock per week of our offered products we can not sell in large quantities.
There is a huge demand for our products and we would much rather spread the love then sell bulks of our products to a few people. We are currently exploring a way to handle bulk orders along side of our personal quantity orders.
Question : How much of your proceeds do you donate and where?
Answer : We donate 2% of orders to our local homeless. There is a sad epidemic of homeless in our area and we are trying to help in any way we can.
Question : When will my order be shipped?
Answer : We often will ship your order the next day after acceptance however there will be times when your order isn’t shipped until 2 days after acceptance. If your order is not shipped within our 2 day policy window we will usually issue a immediate refund as this means we are swamped and we don’t want to hold up your coin so please don’t be offended.
Question : What if I order Friday or over the weekend.
Answer: Your order is processed in order received for fairness. If you order Friday or over the weekend there is a good chance your order will be shipped Monday but positively no later then Tuesday.
Question : Do you ship with tracking?
Answer: Yes we ship all orders with tracking. For obvious security reasons we will only send you the tracking number in case there is a issue with USPS. We are always happy to check on the shipping status for you at any time, please just let us know.
Question : What shipping service do you use and what are shipping times like?
Answer : We ship using only USPS First Class, we will not use any other service for any reason, if your curious as to why please research this topic. Shipping times usually range from 3 to 5 business days depending obviously on the distance.
Question : Why is your account on vacation mode?
Answer : Well we occasionally set our vacation mode to on for the purpose of catching up with orders.Kind of our way of closing shop for the night or for a couple days.
