Many users on the site have been around for a looooong time, and therefore, there are a lot of good resources there that can help you stay safe and all that shit. Some of the site is outdated a little, and it hasn't changed appearance in the entire time I've been using it, but stick to the general discussion spot and you'll be good.
If you're looking for a Dread "replacement", The Hub is not going to be what you're looking for. This site has vendor reviews in some sections, but they are not designed the way Dread vendor reviews were. You can't just go make a post that says "DOES ANYONE KNOW XYZ VENDOR FROM ABC MARKET THEY STOLE FROM ME" like you could on Dread. You will likely not get a response and your post will probably end up getting removed.This site is much more structured like a Forum from the early 2000's. Treat it as such.
There is a 20 post requirement you need to meet in order to start posting on the website. There is a section where you can spam your way to 20 comments in the top of the page. This is done to avoid trolls and shill accounts. It works pretty effectively.
