/u/dontlaugh, I'm just sharing my story about a big site that is scamming people, and since I'm a victim, I hope you can allow me to post at least this comment.

Let me say the story since begin:

I have known Longpig and his "epic" adventures since the begin It only came out in recent years that he is Italian when he started playing with Runcrime, which made me curious about what kind of person he was, so I asked some friends for comments. He used to go around saying that he "literally owned the darknet," "his darkindex was more powerful than dark fail," and "he hacked and coded malware better than Mitnick."

Now, I don't know if you guys know a little bit about code or platforms, specifically frameworks. CryptBB was a great forum. Why do I say "was"? It hasn't had a SINGLE update since mid-2020. Darkindex, the site created by Power that involved Longpig, has not been online since Power disappeared. It's funny how, reading some posts, you can say that /u/Witchman05 covered up Longpig's activities until the very end, saying that Power is still around (but where? when?) and that Longpig is legit.

Longpig is an impostor. CryptBB was completely developed by Power and managed in partnership with Longpig (alias BrianKrebs). CryptBB was updated by Power. The pentests that Longpig boasts about were first done by /u/power, then by /u/cyberjagu. He never did anything in his entire life, except edit some bullshit in Pascal and make some 8-bit songs.

I'll tell you more. A user on Dread, whom I won't mention, sent me screenshots after reading my post about cyberjagu's departure, where LongPig writes in Italian, "If you don't come to my XMPP tonight, I'll report you all to the CNAIPIC (an Italian FED agency) along with Runcrime." And a few hours later, "I'm telling you that I reported you all, you're screwed" (or something like that, I don't know Olive-oil language very well).

After verifying this, I spoke with Longpig myself to ask for a banner. We agreed on a price and the fact that he would personally sign up and add products that he claimed he could resell, such as the famous S7 Exploit, which, not to spoil it, he didn't even find the vulnerability himself (which is completely useless to this day). He didn't do any of that, but he did take some extra money (200 dollars, not much, but still a lot).

After that, he disappeared. I have a lot of respect for cyberjagu, who did very long pentests and only took a couple of K, while Longpig, the impostor, profited from his work and took almost four times as much. Did he do anything? Literally fuck all. (Behind the scenes someone close say he made some attempts at double-spending that even a retard could do.)

So, gathering testimonies and finding out that since Power disappeared, he hasn't completed a single deal with positive feedback, but has only talked around causing FUD and rumors and scamming users, yes, I confirm that I, too, have been scammed for a small deal, as have many others like him. Envoy has decided to ally with Longpig, but I'm not surprised given the skills level.

However, I ask /u/dontlaugh not to delete my post because it is the comment of a scam victim and someone who is really informed about the facts.


PS. Yesterday, a user shared to all people a file provided by a close Longpig staff member, which contained a CSV with about one thousand CryptBB users' passwords grabbed during registration.

Probably, Longpig made it so that when a user entered their password to register, before encrypting it (i.e., turning it into an encrypted form), it was saved in a CSV file that was downloaded by someone every few days, though I don't know who, and then deleted and recreated with new users. A honeypot? Honestly, I don't know. In any case, /u/Paris - /u/HugBunter Im ready to provide that shared file and other evidence mentioned above if necessary.
