We are almost back. The market hardware suffered a critical failure we spent days/weeks trying to recover everything possible we have lost around 13 days of users/completed sales, the good news there was  under 1k in the market escrow when the server failure happened, we know both the vendor and the user these funds belong too and will refund them as soon as they log back in.

We are downloading both blockchains now, you can register/login but you can not deposit yet we have contacted dark.fail and will be issuing him with new mirrors once the market is ready to accept deposits.

THE GOOD NEWS

No data at all was compromised, the server suffered a failure and the admin team had full access to the hardware no one else had access, it was a mechincal failure.

We only had 1k in the escrow we know both the vendor and single user this amount partially belong too.

We learned several lessons duing the hardware failure, we are now in the process of setting up two other server Infrastructure units so if a failure happened again we can be back up within hours.

The server died just before we were orginally added to dark.fail which means we did not have many users and no large funds in the market escrow.

The market wallets were backed up and no funds lost (total 1k)

All home page adverts other than one were granted to the vendors for free no vendor lost any advert money, the paying vendor will now have three months extra time added to their advert.

All accounts remaining can be accessed with their orginal passwords we did lose around 13 days of data those accounts will have to be created again.

THE BAD NEWS

48-96 hours until we are able to operate normally.

The server Infrastructure we used was purchases safely brand new the failure should never have happened to new hardware.

Vendors can acess their accounts however they will need to reupload images we were only able to save the database thankfully we had the codebase saved on a testing server.

We have provided proof of life to Hugbunter with specific information only he and the Daeva admin knows, specific pof has been provided to dark.fail, we were
able to provide more proof of life to Hugbunter you should and can ask Hugbunter about the proof of life.

We lost access to Daeva sub Dread and the Daeva Dread account we are working with Hugbunter to have these restored, We also lost access to our Hub account and I don't know if we
