Looks like Incognito are starting to exit. Multiple reports of selective scamming (myself included) and hard censorship of these topics on their forums, conveniently poised to be the top market while Dread is down so they can keep their scamming quiet.

Jump ship and wait for alternatives.

I have made my first order from a trusted vendor with a lot of sales and good rating. Delivery was declared as 1-3 days. I waited more than a week - nothing arrived. I asked vendor about a parcel - ignore. I texted support and they asked vendor to answer me.

Vendor said, that because of problems with post, many of orders haven't arrived and that is their problem, so they will make a refund. So they asked an order number. I immediately sent the number and they started to ignore me again. I texted them again and again and had no answer for days (but they was online every day).

I texted support again, and they asked vendor to answer me again. Then vendor answered and asked what was the order and when it was created. REALLY?? They had order ID, so they know all this information. But they just ask this and when I answered, they started ignoring me again.

I text support, and they said that they can't help me. THAT IS IT.

Vendor name: superfleks.

This marketplace is a scam. Vendor just directly stole my money and support just does nothing about it.

I've never had any issues with either Incognito's support staff or vendors. Maybe I'm just not paranoid enough :)
