"UKchemSale" Sentenced to Nine Years in Prison

Justas Bieksa, 34, of Tresham Green, Northampton, was sentenced to nine years in prison for importation and distribution of class A and B drugs. According to authorities, Bieksa sold fentanyl, carfentanill, and N-ethylhexedrone on the darkweb under the pseudonym “UKchemSale.”

According to an announcement from the National Crime Agency (NCA), Bieksa was sentenced on January 28 in the Derby Crown Court after he pleaded guilty to importation and distribution of class A and B drugs. During the sentencing hearing, the prosecution presented footage of Bieksa mailing drug packages at his local post office as evidence.

Investigations against Bieksa began on July 5, 2017, after he joined an undisclosed darkweb forum. During the investigations, the NCA established that Bieksa sold fentanyl, fentanyl analogues, and N-ethylhexedrone (Hexen) to clients from the UK and other parts of the world under the alias “UKchemSale." Bieksa received payments in bitcoin and promised next day delivery. The investigators also established that Bieksa had shipped packages of fentanyl to more than 52 customers.

The quality of the drugs and fast delivery earned Bieksa many positive reviews, such as this one from a customer:

NDD (Next Day Delivery), excellent packaging, 5th successful order, this batch of fent HCL is as good as last thank-you, I’ve been taking fent for about a year and the quality is up there will the best and these days hard to come by, this is now the only decent fent HCL vendor in UK.

On September 14, 2019, Bieksa was arrested in his home after more than two years of investigation. During the arrest, NCA agents found and seized drug testing kits, electronic scales, envelopes, and other packaging materials. They also seized two laptops, one of which was encrypted.

While analyzing the laptops, the forensic experts found a record of Bieska’s orders of the synthetic drugs from China.

NCA Senior Investigating Officer Jim Cook:

Bieksa knew these drugs were life-threatening yet he continued to import and sell them, using any means he could, for his own financial gain. The jail time handed to him today is a reflection on his dangerous and calculated actions. The NCA continues to work with law enforcement partners, using all the tools at our collective disposal to tackle this worldwide threat.

Coca-Cola knew these sugar drugs were life-threatening yet he continued to import and sell them, using any means they could, for their own financial gain. ya no gloves seems like a dumb idea. I have never mailed packs but if i did id like to think id be smarter than that.
another common mistake is using and accepting payments in bitcoins. Monero is safest way to go.
I never seem to find any articles on people that use monero, getting busted via traced funds.
Based on what ive read this is because it is the most anonymous and secure crypto to date.
Last I checked the NSA was still scrambling together outside contractors to help figure out how to trace monero transactions because they couldn’t do it.

Think he is actually Polish, they’re not noted for their intelligence.

One of the reasons we voted to leave the EU was to stop drug dealing, uneducated white wogs like this getting into our country.

@stupidstan
Yeah, when Cazes, offed himself in Bangkok, the US government could not determine his total worth because half his money was kept in Monero. They were able to crack his bitcoin and Darkcoin holdings but not Monero. I still can’t figure it out though. What the fuck is it good for besides money laundering and rip off betting? Not like I’ll buy a chilidog at 711 with it any time soon.

@dagblat

Cazes didn’t kill himself. You don’t think a kingpin like him can afford to pay the thai police to fake his death? Come on now, he had that planned since the beginning.

@ravioli
A kingpin like Cazes thought he could pay little money and then be free man. He was asked for 80% of belongings. He did not give in. Then he killed himself. It happens.

@DPR Justas is a Lithuanian name, not Polish. In Lithuanian all male names end in ‘as’; good way to tell. But where he comes from has nothing to do with his actions. Go ahead and shut your borders, you will find lots of local “drug dealing, uneducated white wogs” as well.
